vegetable grown in iodine-rich soil will give you iodine. Fruits has
4-5 mcg of iodine per 100 grams.
Or you can take Iodized salt.
Some bread like malt bread, the Indian/Turkish Naan have iodine (avoid
any thing with white flour though).
