Carrots:-
Carrots are about 87% water
Eating too much carrot can turn your skin yellowish orange, especially in the palms and soles of your feet.
Wild rabbits do not eat carrots. Bugs Bunny was an exception
Eating carrots improves the health of your eyes.
Cucumber:-
Cucumbers are 95% water
They contain most of the vitamins you need every day
