Yummy peach salsa


PEACH SALSA

4 ripe fresh peaches, chopped
2-3 heirloom tomatoes, diced
1/2 small yellow or red onion, minced
1 - 2 jalapenos, seeded & minced

2 tablespoon fresh cilantro or mint, chopped
1-2 teaspoons raw honey (omit if your peaches are ripe & sweet)
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
pinch Himalayan salt

Combine all ingredients & allow them to sit in an airtight container in the frig for an hour or two. Should keep well in the refrigerator for a few days.
