Iodine-Rich Food source

Where Do I Get Iodine-Rich Foods? Wakame (crispy dehydrated seaweed "sheets"), kelp noodles, strawberries, and any vegetable grown in iodine-rich soil will give you iodine. Fruits has 4-5 mcg of iodine per 100 grams.

Or you can take Iodized salt. Some bread like malt bread, the Indian/Turkish Naan have iodine (avoid any thing with white flour though).
